This Website is provided solely to assist employers and employees in the recruitment space in gathering information, based on commitment of employees before joining a company and issues related to horseriding, not serving notice period and helping employees to get verified for better hiring prospects.
The terms "we”, “our”, “us” and “offerseal.com”, refers to Offerseal.com and our corporate affiliates and websites (collectively, "offerseal.com"). The term "you" and “yours “refers to the client visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.

- Violate these Terms, the terms of your agreements with us, explicit restrictions set forth in our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, rule or regulation;
- Post Content that is defamatory, libellous, or fraudulent; that you know to be false or misleading; or that does not reflect your honest opinion and experience;
- Act in a manner that is threatening, xenophobic or bigoted, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by Offerseal.com);

- Rating for their own employees, who may or may not has a financial interest in.

- Asking friends or relatives to write positive reviews.
- Submitting reviews on behalf of guests.
- Copying comment cards and submitting them as traveller employee reviews.
- Selectively soliciting reviews (by e-mail, surveys or any other means) only from guests who have had a positive experience.

- Asking guests to remove their reviews in return for a discount or incentive.
- Prohibiting or discouraging guests from posting negative or critical reviews of their experience.

Offerseal.com receives ratings for employee by the behaviour and actions of the employee themselves, which reflect the opinions of the Users. It is pertinent to state that each and every rating posted on Offerseal.com is the behaviour pattern and commitment level of the user/employee only. Offerseal.com is a neutral platform, which solely provides a means of communication between employer and employee including users or hiring consultants, head-hunters with an access to better hiring for companies. We are a neutral platform and we don’t arbitrate disputes, however in case a rating has been affixed to the user/employee that the employee considers not to be true, offerseal.com would contact the employer in order to clear up any misunderstandings. If the employee feel that any particular user’s rating violates any of the Offerseal.com policy, then the employee may write to us at [email protected] com and bring such violation to our attention. Offerseal.com may remove the review in its sole discretion if review is in violation of the Terms, or content guidelines and policies or otherwise harmful to the Services.
Offerseal.com does not edit or control or create the employee rating posted to or distributed on this Website including through any chat rooms, bulletin boards or other communications forums, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for such User Messages. Offerseal.com nevertheless reserves the right for any reason in its sole discretion to remove without notice any User Messages and/or Site Content.
