OfferSeal is the only platform in India which provides an automatic verification of PAN/Aadhaar Card using a government linked API, captures useful data that aids companies and candidates in making decisions through a time bound three layer confirmation offer system that is not only secure but ensures a transparent process to both.

WHO WE ARE

Employees are the biggest resources for companies. In a highly competitive market, HR managers try their level best to fill job opening or address attrition in the shortest possible time. However, there are times, when candidates don’t join a company even after accepting the offer verbally or through a written contract.

We are here to solve just that. Our goal is to provide a transparent and unique way which is fair to both, the candidates and the employers to ensure better planning and the correct information.

Born and brought up on New Delhi, Naynesh completed his undergraduate from Modern School, Vasant Vihar. A second-generation entrepreneur, MBA from Bentley University – Boston. Over 12 years of business experience in paper manufacturing, retail & distribution.

Born and brought up in New Delhi, Naynesh completed his undergraduate from Modern School, Vasant Vihar. A second-generation entrepreneur, MBA from Bentley University – Boston. Over 12 years of business experience in paper manufacturing, retail & distribution. Offerseal is his brainchild due the pain point he faced from candidate’s horse riding. He has filed 4 Provisional patents.

SHAKEEL KHAN

IT & CTO
Having 10+ Years’ experience in Oracle & Website development. He manages the team like a family and also work very hard to meet the goals with never give-up spirit, He always showing his positive attitude towards everything.

BHUPENDRA SHARMA

PLANNING
Having 21+ Years’ experience in HR field and also served 17+ years in Indian Army. He completed MA, MBA & LLB from Nagpur University, Maharashtra. We are achieving our goals and setting new milestones with his vision and experience.
